The difficulty of the MPRE comes as a surprise to almost everyone on their path to becoming an attorney. After all, you know right from wrong, you know not to touch the escrow money, you know you can’t sleep with your clients… how tough can an “ethics” exam be for an ethical person? Very quickly, you learn that the MPRE has nothing to do with your personal values and everything to with understanding the precise lines drawn in the Model Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC) and Code of Judicial Conduct (CJC). Can a lawyer enter a partnership with a non-lawyer? That depends. A lawyer can enter into partnerships with non-lawyers but not if the partnership delivers legal services. What about limiting the scope of a representation? We know that an attorney can’t walk away from a representation, but can they agree beforehand to limit the scope of the relationship to an arraignment? How about judges? What are they permitted to do? As soon as you start studying, you realize that the MRPC and CJC attempt to delineate what’s allowed and what’s prohibited and the MPRE focuses on those lines.

As for practice, we deliver everything you need. We have three simulated exams (60 questions each) that will help you diagnose the areas where you need extra work, along with over 180 actual, previously-released questions on which you can practice your skills, in addition to two full length exams (60 questions each) with actual, previously released questions. In total, that’s over 600 practice questions and answers that will prepare you for anything you’ll see on the bar exam. ]

MPRE Review Course (Free)

MPRE Lift ($75)

Access to over 325 questions (including over 150 actual MPRE questions released by the NCBE) until you pass the MPRE, through our website and our Mobile Advantage app. We’ll track your performance so you’ll know the areas where you need additional work. Plus, you’ll have the ability to target questions in particular areas in which you need help. Our app also includes flashcards with explanations of key concepts and mnemonic devices to help you remember the substantive concepts you’ll need to pass the exam.

One-on-One Tutoring ($325/hour)

Our one-on-one tutoring is $325 an hour. If you’re struggling to figure out how to start, we can work with you during that time to build a study schedule and come up with an approach that will prepare you for success on the MPRE. More likely, if you have started studying and are familiar with the material, we’ll assign you an exam to complete before we meet, use it as a way to pinpoint the areas where you might need additional review, answer your questions, and keep you moving in the right direction.

MPRE Advantage ($695)
